Description:

Job Title: Sales Director Salesforce.

Focus: Salesforce / ERP & CRM Solutions.

Experience: 10-15 Years.

Location: Bangalore.

We are seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to drive aggressive New Logo Acquisition (NN Market) and scale revenue for our specialized ERP & CRM IT Services practice, with a strong emphasis on the Salesforce Ecosystem.

This is a pure hunter role for a leader who excels at opening doors, establishing C-suite relationships, and building a sustainable pipeline from scratch in the competitive USA enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Net New Business: Own the acquisition of new enterprise clients in the USA, focusing on complex transformation deals in the ERP and CRM space.

- Salesforce GTM: Define and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy specifically for our Salesforce solution portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.

- CXO Engagement: Build and nurture strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives to influence large technology decisions and secure long-term partnerships.

- Revenue Growth: Lead sales planning, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, accurately forecast pipeline, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Presales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals and ensure flawless client onboarding.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 10-15 years of proven sales experience in IT Services and Consulting.

- Hunter Profile: Proven track record of successfully winning New/New (NN) accounts and scaling revenue from zero in the USA enterprise market.

- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, products, and partner ecosystem is a major advantage.

- Candidates with strong ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) domain expertise will also be considered.

- Leadership: Strong CXO engagement, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

Good to Have: Exposure to AI/Analytics and Cloud-led solution selling.
