Business Planning and Compliance Officer 1. To ensure timely submission of regulatory and statutory compliances with SEZ, International Financial Services Centres Authority. 2. To monitor the compliances of the IFSCA Act, rules and regulations, notifications, guidelines, instructions, etc. issued by the IFSCA and to assist in the redressal of grievances as and when needed 3. Assist in drafting and executing compliance policies and procedures, maintaining records, monitoring adherence to rules for preserving unpublished price-sensitive information, tracking trades, and implementing codes prescribed under IFSCA. 4. To assist in compliance and statutory audits pertaining to TBG. 5. Coordinate and have cross-functional relationships with auditors, consultants, regulatory bodies, internal teams, etc. 6. Provide last-mile support in making applications or getting permissions, and guidance from IFSCA. 7. Coordination with custody bank on remittances and pay-outs. Experience : At least 5 years of proven experience in the securities market or financial products including as a portfolio manager, broker-dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst, or fund management. Knowledge, skills, and attributes : - Solid team skills particularly engaging with a wider team. - Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy. - Attention to detail and good organizational skills. - Lateral thinking ability. Education qualification : Graduate, Law graduate (desirable), or CS. Location : GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
