Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Business Leadership.
- Define and drive the company's growth roadmap across service lines and geographies.
- Identify new markets, service opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company in high-stakes client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
- Sales & Client Engagement.
- Lead business development efforts across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee proposal creation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Delivery & Operations
- Ensure successful delivery of projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to optimize delivery models.
- Monitor KPIs across departments and drive continuous improvement.
- Team & Culture Building - Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and support.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
- Lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
Minimum Required Skill Set:
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of enterprise technologies like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), Azure, Power Platform, and modern web/mobile stacks.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture, integration frameworks, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
Functional Skills:
- Strong grasp of business processes across industries ( manufacturing, retail, services).
- Experience in solutioning, scoping, and managing complex IT projects.
- Ability to align technology with business outcomes.
- Management & Leadership Skills.
- Proven experience in P&L ownership, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading diverse teams and managing cross-border operations.
