About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (25 years preferred) to manage and scale HR operations while aligning people strategy with business objectives.
This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll & compliance, performance management, and organizational development.
You will work closely with leadership to create a positive, compliant, and growth-oriented work environment in one of Indias most dynamic business hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Manager at TripFactory, you will act as a strategic HR partner, managing end-to-end HR functions and directly impacting company culture, workforce growth, and business success.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment across departments: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines and enhance employer branding in the Mumbai market.
- Plan workforce requirements aligned with business expansion.
Performance Management & Learning:
- Support managers with appraisals, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Design and implement training and upskilling programs.
- Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Drive engagement programs to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee accurate end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT).
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll reconciliation and tax compliance.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and internal policies.
- Update and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain confidential employee records (digital & physical).
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track HR metrics such as attrition, hiring efficiency, payroll costs.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Use insights to improve workforce effectiveness and decision-making.
