
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets, Responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets.
- Build & manage client relationships (contractors, industrial buyers, etc. ), Builds strong client relationships, manages the sales pipeline, negotiates deals, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Identify new market opportunities, Rapport Building, Product Knowledge, Objection Handling, Closing Techniques, CRM Proficiency, Pipeline Management, Data Analysis, Forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, Adaptability , Confidence , Resilience, Social Selling ,Territory Management , Presentation Skills.
- Good Communication Skill Active Listener Negotiation Lead Generation Time Management.
- Responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Requirements:.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (PEB/construction industry preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-starter, result-oriented.
- Willing to travel extensively across Northern India.
