We have 6 million square feet of projects under development with a lifecycle sales value of over INR 6,500 Cr. Our business plan is a simple - 2x2- double in size every two years. Last year alone, our sales value exceeded INR 1,200 Cr. LOOKING FOR: - A Chief Talent Officer to plan and implement our talent acquisition strategy - Someone who understands cross industry/functional benchmarks for talent assessment and compensation - Someone to design the selection process and run the recruitment drives WHO YOU ARE: - A head-hunter with experience in direct hiring - Hiring experience of multiple industries and across the organizational structure - Passionate about transforming organizations through hand-picked talent - Have the overall understanding of functional areas such as design, marketing, sales etc. to identify the right talent - Ability to understand organizational goals and pre-empt hiring needs - A strong negotiator - Have great interpersonal and motivational skills.
