Location: Mumbai (Hybrid/On-Site as needed)

We are looking for an experienced and people-centric Senior HR Consultant to partner with our leadership team and drive high-impact HR initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic HR expert who thrives in startup environments, enjoys building strong cultures, and can support teams wherever needed.

Role Focus Areas:

- Culture & Values Alignment: Help shape, nurture and embed culture across all levels

- Performance Management Support: Design & improve frameworks, assist managers, support goal setting & reviews

- Leadership & People Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to founders, leaders, and people managers

- Assist in solving People issues: Advice team on how to act on complex HR issues

What Were Looking For:

- 15+ years of HR experience including working with services companies. Exposure to startups and accounting/legal industries will be a plus

- Quick to move

- Worked with top management/ promoter group

- A natural collaborator who can step in and support wherever required
