Were looking for someone with a legal background whos excited to build the next generation of AI-driven workflows and agents for our internal teams and clients.

This role sits at the intersection of law, finance, and technology - blending legal expertise with hands-on AI enablement.

What youll do:

- Design and build AI-powered legal agents to support contract drafting, compliance reviews, and due diligence

- Develop automated workflows and processes for legal and finance functions

- Explore, test, and integrate AI tools that can be applied in law, compliance, and startup finance

- Work with lawyers, CAs, and compliance professionals to identify use cases and create solutions

- Train and enable internal teams to adopt AI tools in their daily work

- Stay ahead of AI trends in the legal-tech and fintech ecosystem and bring practical innovations into Treelife

Who you are:

- Hold an LLB or equivalent legal qualification (law firm/startup ecosystem experience a plus)

- Tech-curious - comfortable experimenting with AI tools, breaking them, and figuring out fixes

- Strong problem-solving mindset - not limited to how its always been done

- Excited about the possibilities of legal-tech and automation

- Comfortable bridging law/finance knowledge with practical AI applications
