Job Title: Head Human Resources / Senior HR Leader

Job Description:


We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Leader to own and drive the organizations end-to-end people agenda. This role requires a strong balance of HR strategy, operational excellence, governance, and people-centric leadership.


The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, shaping culture, enabling performance, and building scalable HR systems aligned with business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Leadership


- Define and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives


- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and people strategy


- Drive change management initiatives during growth and transformation phases


End-to-End HR Operations Ownership


- Own and oversee complete HR operations lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire)


- Ensure operational excellence across HR processes, policies, and service delivery


- Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement


Talent Management & Performance Excellence


- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent retention strategies


- Design and manage performance management frameworks and reward systems


- Enable leadership development and high-performance culture


Culture & Employee Experience


- Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives


- Own employee experience programs across lifecycle touchpoints


- Strengthen employer branding and internal communication


Compensation, Benefits & Rewards


- Design and govern compensation & benefits strategy


- Drive market benchmarking, pay equity, and incentive structures


- Partner with finance on budgeting and cost optimization


Learning & Development


- Own end-to-end Learning & Development strategy


- Drive capability building, leadership programs, and future-skills initiatives


- Measure L&D impact through business outcomes


Compliance, Risk & Governance


- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance


- Identify and mitigate people-related risks


- Manage audits, policies, and regulatory requirements


HR Tech, Analytics & Automation


- Lead HR technology roadmap and digital transformation


- Implement HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision making


- Drive process automation to improve efficiency and employee experience


Leadership & Stakeholder Management


- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing HR teams


- Partner with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies


- Manage external vendors, consultants, and service providers


Required Skills & Qualifications


- 1015 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles


- Strong experience across HR operations, talent management, C&B, L&D, and compliance


- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels


- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR governance


- Hands-on experience with HRMS, HR analytics, and process automation


- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills


- Strong business acumen and decision-making capability


Good to Have


- Experience in scaling organizations (mid-size to large enterprises)


- Exposure to multi-location or global workforce management


- Experience driving culture transformation initiatives


- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
