Role: MBB Transformation/ Transformation Head

Primary responsibility is to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the unit.

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Kolkata

- Qualification: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from a reputed organization with relevant experience in Digital Transformation

- Shift timings: as per business requirement

Job Requirement:

- 15+ years of experience in delivering business transformation through technology & non-tech led solutions

- Should have good understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking concepts

- Should have handled and guided Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and digital transformation projects

- Should have good understanding of Business Excellence concepts and should have trained and facilitated or participated in identifying, planning, and executing Business Excellence Road Maps and corresponding action plans.

- Good understanding of the BFSI domain preferably in the UK Life and Pensions domain/business

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills. The candidate should be adept at narrating his/her thoughts and story

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully led complex initiatives from inception to implementation

Job Description:

- Lead & manage the business transformation for the unit

- Lead change initiatives by communicating vision, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders & driving adoption of new process & technologies

- Develop and execute a comprehensive operational transformation strategy aligned to meet unit targets/objectives

- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing practices/process to identify inefficiencies and identify areas of business improvement

- Identify and drive implementation of technology led & digital solutions

- Oversee end to end project delivery - including planning, monitoring progress, resource allocation and timely delivery/completion

- Collaborate with various departments/stakeholders to deliver change pipeline

- Work with business process owners / leaders and drive a culture of continuous improvement

- Lead a team of BBs/transformation team to continuously monitor the overall SLA delivery, capacity, and productivity for Operations

- Create re-useable Assets in form of Case Studies and deploy Knowledge Management practices

Skill Sets:

- Over 15 years of quality and process improvement experience

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Master Black Belt Certification preferred) from recognized organization institute

- Should have led & mentored multiple Six sigma & Digital transformation projects

- Good knowledge of various process improvement tools and techniques

- Experience in technologies like RPA, AI, advance analytics etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence change and to convey ideas and requirements to diverse stakeholders.

- Design Thinking certification will be an advantage

- Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment & ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders virtually
