Preparing Information Memorandum for Project, of the Company. 4. Preparing Management related reports like MIS, MPR 5. Preparing, Monitoring and tracking of Project budget and schedule at various level along with day to day cash flow Management. 6. Knowledge of legal documentation and contractual compliances in relation to financial fundings. 7. Developing & maintaining good relationship with Banks, Financial Institutions, Investors etc. 8.
