Training Manager - Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing class room & field training to support field to enhance their communication, customer engagement and execution capabilities.

- Identify training needs through structured assessments, field insights, and business discussions.

- Design and deliver effective training modules tailored for field force development aligned with business priorities and adult learning principles.

- Collaborate with Regional and Zonal Sales Managers to ensure training alignment with field realities and performance expectations.

- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and impact metrics to ensure ROI on capability-building initiatives.

- Promote the use of digital learning platforms and ensure timely completion of e-learning journeys by team members.

- Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing Mankinds values and people practices through all training touchpoints.
