Training Head
About:
- Responsible for creating the overall training strategy of the retail asset vertical in line with Board and management guidelines. Retail Assets Division comprises of Agri, Micro Finance, Retail Loans and Vehicle finance verticals and constitutes around 70% of the workforce in the bank.
- Execution of the training strategy at a national level with a team of Regional Training Managers and Zonal Training Manager.
- Forecast and present the training budgets for the year and ensure diligent utilisation..
- Undertake training need identification/ analysis for the various business units and come up with training solutions in line with the planned training strategy.
- Work closely with HR and business heads to create the competency framework for the asset division.
- Focus on competency development and leadership programs to create the next pool of leaders and managers, in line with HR and business strategy.
- Design and develop content internally and through third party training institutions to impart training on specific needs of business.
- Present training updates at regular intervals to the Management Committee of the Bank and other relevant stake holders.
- Conceive and publish training matrices to gauge ROI on training initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for roll out of key HR Initiatives and create a Knowledge Sharing Forum within the bank.
- Delivering relevant training sessions on specific skill, behavioural and leadership topics in line with the training and competency development roadmap.
- Guide and work closely with team members to ensure seamless rollout of training programs in line with the planned training calendar.
