It's a 1-year full time fixed term contractual role (on Trafigura payroll) The ideal candidate - should have experience in non-technology hiring and willing to join on an immediate basis - should be willing to sign up for a one-year full time fixed term contractual role (on Trafigura payroll) Office Location : BKC, Mumbai Main Purpose: - Subject Matter Expert on all Functional & technical Hiring for Trafigura India - Collaborate with Business and HR Partner to identify and on-board best-in-class talent - Act as a forerunner in driving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for Trafigura through various Process Improvement & Standardisation initiatives/projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and on-board the right set of talent for any and all business - Own and develop the Recruitment Process for India - Drive and Deliver the Trafigura Brand by creating more visibility, adopting innovative approaches to attracting talent and ensuring a high engagement rate with candidates - Maintain a data driven and logical approach to recruiting - Build and maintain a Global Data report on all outstanding recruitment for presentation to Senior Leadership - Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. - Partner with line managers to understand strategic staffing needs and drive closures with a sense of urgency - Train and educate line managers on Trafigura's global recruiting workflow and ensure compliance - Develop appropriate sourcing channels and external events to minimize vendor dependency - Own and drive a metric-based procurement process for search partners - Manage and/or contribute to projects in relation with current needs of the team or organization Projects on Operational Excellence for improving, standardising the Recruitment Processes. Work Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in all forms of recruiting - lateral and bulk, with specific focus on Multi-Functional hiring - Understands complexity of managing a multi process operation set up. This could be captive or non-captive Education: - Bachelors in any discipline Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration preferred Skills: - Conversant in working within a data driven recruiting environment - Ability to manage multi-complex projects on an ongoing basis - Strong Proficiency in working on Applicant Tracking Systems - Knowledge of Workday preferred - Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel - Strong social media presence and vendor connect - Certified/Trained on LinkedIn/Naukri/IIMJobs/Monster recruiting - Strong on Numeric and Analytical skills
