Role Description


As a Manager - International Buyer Facilitation, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth buyer transactions, assisting with queries, and providing a seamless experience on the platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, guiding them through the procurement process and resolving any issues they may encounter.


Key Responsibilities:


Buyer Support & Query Resolution:


- Own the buyer experience end-to-end by anticipating needs and proactively resolving concerns.


- Serve as a brand ambassador of Tradologie.com, ensuring a positive perception among global buyers.


- Regularly update self on industry trends, competitor platforms, and international trade regulations.


- Assist buyers in navigating Tradologie.coms platform for bulk procurement.


- Address and resolve buyer queries related to order placement, pricing, product specifications, and delivery.


- Ensure timely resolution of issues to enhance buyer satisfaction.


Buyer Engagement & Retention:


- Build strong relationships with buyers by providing proactive support and engagement.


- Educate buyers on the benefits of Tradologie.coms platform and services.


- Encourage repeat transactions by ensuring a seamless user experience.


Order Management & Coordination:


- Oversee the execution of buyer transactions, ensuring smooth order processing.


- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supplier relations, and operations) to resolve buyer concerns efficiently.


- Monitor order progress and keep buyers updated on their transactions.


Process Improvement & Reporting:


- Identify common buyer challenges and provide feedback to improve platform features and support processes.


- Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions and transaction history.


- Provide regular reports on buyer satisfaction, concerns, and engagement levels.


- Mentor junior executives or new joiners in the buyer facilitation team when required.


Skills Set Requirement


- Mandatory background in agri-exportexperience in commodities like Rice, Sugar, Spices, or Oils is essential.


- Should have worked in the export department of a subsidiary export house or company dealership for at least 2 years.


- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.


- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.


- Ability to handle multiple queries and transactions efficiently.


- Basic understanding of B2B sales, procurement, or e-commerce platforms.


- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.


Preferred Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.


- 5-10 years of experience in buyer facilitation, customer support, or B2B sales.


- Prior experience in a global B2B marketplace, trading company, or procurement platform is a plus.
