Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience, based in Noida. The Corporate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring legal compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling corporate governance, and managing legal risks. Daily tasks include researching legal issues, negotiating contracts, liaising with external legal advisors, and ensuring the company's operations align with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Corporate Law and Legal Compliance
- Experience in Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage Legal Risks and Corporate Governance
- Sound knowledge of conducting legal research and preparing legal documents
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
- Previous experience in the corporate or commercial legal environment
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an on-site role
