What you will be doing?.

- Develop and execute a strategic enterprise sales plan to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within Financial Institutions.

- Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts in global regions such as the US, EMEA, and APAC.

- Own and execute strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, legal, compliance, and security teams.

- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions aligned with client needs.

- Maintain a disciplined and high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility into deal progress.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and key client engagements.

Desired Profile?.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Science, or a related discipline, MBA preferred.

- 7+ years of proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology solution sales, with strong exposure to Financial Institutions (Banking, NBFCs, Fintechs, or Insurance).

- Prior experience selling data, analytics, risk, compliance, or supply-chain related solutions is highly desirable.

- Strong command of consultative, value-based, and solution-selling methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex deal cycles with large enterprise customers.

- Exceptional executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
