Roles & Responsibilities: The Manager - FP&A will work closely with the management to provide detailed analysis and meaningful insights by way of - Financial analysis, analyzing data, identifying trends and insights - Financial modeling, revising model projections on a quarterly basis and work with the business planning team teams across the organization to discuss, and testing projections for important assumptions and business milestones - Work with different teams across the organization to collect information required for investor queries - Work with Finance/ Accounting other internal stakeholders to develop and disseminate company key reporting metrics / performance indicator - Update monthly/quarterly reporting materials and prepare updates for board & investors to enable them to understand the key business trends - Create executive summaries on peer company performance by monitoring industry developments and competitive market trends for the leadership team - Position is based out of Bangalore Skills and experience: - 2-5 years of experience - CA with strong financial modeling skills and an understanding of financial and accounting concepts - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership What can you expect at Tracxn? - Meritocracy Driven, Candid Culture.
