Role Summary:

- We are seeking a high-performing DBM professional to spearhead our market presence in the Ghaziabad industrial belt. This role is designed for a strategic B2B professional who excels in Distributor Management and complex stakeholder orchestration.


- You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your territory, from crafting annual territory plans aligned with OEM strategic partnerships to delivering aggressive financial targets. Acting as an autonomous "business owner" of your region, you will drive growth by executing a data-driven prospecting strategy, managing distributor business reviews, and ensuring our Value Proposition is perfectly matched to critical customer needs.


- The ideal candidate is a proficient user of CRM tools (Salsa) and possesses the analytical rigor to manage account profitability while maintaining a "voice of the customer" approach in every decision.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and secure internal and external agreement for annual territory plans, ensuring alignment with global business strategies and OEM partner agreements.

- Distributor Performance Governance: Lead regular business reviews with distributors to prove value delivery, reinforce relationships, and ensure the execution of annual growth plans.

- Financial Performance Delivery: Own and deliver on all financial KPIs within the Ghaziabad territory, including revenue growth, volume targets, and margin protection.

- Market Intelligence & Prospecting: Execute a robust prospecting strategy by gathering competitor data, mapping market trends, and maintaining a high-velocity pipeline in the prospecting database.

- Value Proposition Mapping: Identify critical industrial customer needs and engineer tailored solutions that match our technical value proposition to maximize customer ROI.

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between the organization and the distributor/customer ecosystem, resolving operational issues and building multi-level stakeholder relationships.

- Profitability Management: Proactively manage and challenge all revenues and costs associated with territory accounts to maximize bottom-line profitability.

- Customer Experience Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring the "voice of the customer" is represented in all internal functional requests and decision-making.

- Sales Offer Standardization: Implement standardized sales offers in line with the basic customer offer to ensure consistency and efficiency across the industrial channel.

- CRM Mastery: Effectively utilize Salsa (CRM) to manage account documentation, relationship mapping, and sales funnel visibility.

- Functional Coordination: Communicate and manage relationships with internal departments to ensure functional support requests (technical, logistics, finance) are prioritized and implemented.

- Autonomous Operations: Work remotely and independently to navigate the sales territory, maintaining high productivity and professional standards.

Technical Requirements:

- Industrial Sales Pedigree: 3-8 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, with a deep understanding of the Ghaziabad manufacturing landscape.

- Distributor Management Mastery: Expert knowledge of managing multi-brand distributors, margin structures, and secondary sales tracking.

- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Salsa or equivalent CRM tools for data-driven account management and pipeline forecasting.

- B2B Sales Methodology: Strong understanding of long-cycle B2B sales, tender processes, and complex offer engineering.

- Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze P&L statements at an account level, managing costs and revenue to drive territory profitability.

Preferred Skills:

- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization, including OEM partners.

- Analytical Rigor: A track record of using market data and competitor knowledge to win high-value industrial contracts.

- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting value delivery during high-stakes business reviews.

- Problem-Solving Agility: Proactive approach to resolving distributor-level issues and optimizing regional supply chain efficiencies.

- Strategic Alignment: Ability to ensure that regional activities contribute directly to the broader organizational business strategy and brand promise.
