Candidate need to be from Full Truck Load (FTL) Background with experience of 10-12 years , computer literate below mentioned Job role .
- Managing business & operations and responsible for Branch profitability and business growth.
- Ensures optimal revenue and profitability by conducting regular reviews and acquiring new full truck business from corporate customers.
- Recruit, manage, lead and motivate team to achieve targeted goals and conduct on job training with team on a regular basis.
- Managing the operations and Business Development and working as profit Center head.
- Managing & developing Vendors/Transporters for smooth transactions.
- Retention of customers; providing them customized solutions.
- New vendor development & Strategic Planning with the management.
- Marketing, operations & man management responsibilities plans invites applications for the following positions.
