Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Partner to join our team. This role blends HR Business Partnering with oversight of COE responsibilities in Talent Management and Performance. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment of people strategies with organizational goals while fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and development.

- Support organizational design, change management, and succession planning.

- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.

Center of Excellence (COE):

Talent Management & Performance:

- Design and implement talent management frameworks including career development and succession planning.

- Lead performance management cycles, ensuring consistency and fairness in goal setting, reviews, and feedback.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions.

- Work closely with L&D to align development programs with performance outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA or Master's degree in HR (Preferred from Tier 1 institute)

- B.Tech(Civil) will be Preferred

- 2-7 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to HRBP.

- Strong understanding of performance management and organizational development.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

- Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment preferred.
