Technical Sales Specialist - Good understanding of technology landscape across existing accounts. - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and senior leadership. - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. - Proven ability to juggle multiple work-streams, while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills Roles & Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Develop strategic relationship with key stakeholders to increase engagement footprint. - Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion, working closely with the account sales, delivery and marketing teams to drive revenue and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - Generate your own leads and own the door opening for sales of services and products in the designated account or portfolio and manage the deal mechanics from beginning to closure. This will be tracked and reported on a weekly basis. - Develop and present project proposals, solutions, and cost estimates to clients, demonstrating the value of our services and ensuring alignment with their business objectives. - Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge within your portfolio. - Negotiate proposal commercials and close agreements in compliance with organization profitability requirements. - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. daily stakeholder reach-outs, weekly progress on the opportunities in the pipeline, monthly and quarterly sales results) - Collaborate with delivery team to identify and grow opportunities within their territory.
