Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales plans, set sales targets, and assign sales territories.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, handle customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and managing contracts.
Who we are looking for:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in elevator or construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening abilities are essential for engaging clients and building rapport.
- Strong abilities to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Ability to forecast accurately and implement effective sales tactics in achieving and exceeding sales performance.
