Role: Senior Talent Partner (Business Partnering & TA) Corporate Functions

Role Summary:

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition and strategic business partnering for all corporate functions (Finance, Marketing, Category, Merch, Design & Legal). This role demands an agile professional who can scale teams rapidly during a high-growth phase while simultaneously building strong engagement, performance, and retention frameworks for corporate employees working from our Mumbai corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (TA):

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and close mid-to-senior leadership roles across corporate functions.

- Volume & Speed: Deliver high-quality hires quickly to meet scaling targets.

- Sourcing Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job boards, headhunting, and specialized retail/e-commerce networks.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with C-suite and Functional Heads to map out manpower requirements and define ideal candidate personas.

- Data-Driven Hiring: Track and improve key metrics like Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.

2. HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

- Strategic Partnering: Act as the dedicated HR consultant for corporate leaders to align human capital with business goals.

- Performance Management: Manage the end-to-end appraisal cycle, OKR/KPI setting, and continuous feedback mechanisms.

- Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees, design succession plans, and address skill gaps.

- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives that maintain a high-performance culture during rapid scaling.

- Grievance & Relations: Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Retention Strategies: Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive retention frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in HR.

- Industry Background: Prior experience in high-growth Omnichannel Jewelry brands, premium luxury retail, D2C brands, or fast-paced E-commerce industries is highly preferred.

- Jewelry Market Exposure: Deep understanding of the talent landscape, consumer trends, and specialized functional roles unique to the Indian jewelry and luxury retail market.

- Education: MBA or Masters degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

2. Technical & Soft Skills:

- Functional Expertise: Proven track record of handling both niche lateral hiring and core HRBP responsibilities.

- Omnichannel Understanding: Familiarity with the hiring dynamics of tech, digital marketing, supply chain, merchandising, and retail corporate structures.

- Agility: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, rapid business pivots, and fast-paced scaling environments.

- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Work Mode: Ability to work full-time out of the Mumbai corporate office to foster direct collaboration with business heads.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern HRMS tools and leverages AI tools to drive productivity
