Tiger Analytics - Director/Senior Director - Client Partner

About the role:

As Client Partner, you will work on offering solutions to clients related to latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to various clients. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with a team of consultants, data scientists and data engineers. You will lead the client relationships, manage revenue, work towards growth of the account, and articulate value delivered.

On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:

- Manage and grow client portfolio revenue.

- Manage client relationships across portfolio clients.

- Focus on offering more solutions and growing the client account, with strong focus on revenue management.

- Participate in client workshops to identify high impact problems that could be solved through AI based solutions.

- Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.

- Work closely with the delivery teams to propagate the Analytics solutions for clients.

- Demonstrate expertise in techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.

- Perform a role that involves a combination of customer engagement and team engagement.

- Articulate how analytic results improve clients' business & financial metrics.

- Keeping updated on latest trends and opportunities in the Data and AI industry.

- Participate in workshops with portfolio clients to identify high impact problems that could be solved through Data and AI based solutions.

- Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear opportunities.

- Contribute to organization building through sharing best practices and latest Industry trends.

- Experience in Revenue growth for portfolio accounts / clients; experience of growing client accounts and managing clients across various levels.

- Experience in pitching solutions to clients.

- Knowledge of AI, Data and Analytics solutions - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.

- Understanding of how AI, Data and Analytics is used in decision making in industries / functional areas.

- Experience in translating high level business problems to a possible solution offering.

- Experience in scoping, development, validation & deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- 10 to 25 years of relevant experience.

- MBA from reputed institute preferred.
