What You'll Own.

This role is not "just sales.

You will own revenue, relationships, and the entire MICE experience end-to-end.

Your Impact Will Include:

- Hunting new corporate clients & building a strong book of business.

- Leading high-stake pitches, proposal storytelling & commercial negotiations.

- Designing tailored itineraries & events across India and international destinations.

- Managing key accounts and delivering wow-worthy experiences.

- Working closely with hotels, airlines, DMCs & event partners for best-in-market pricing.

- Coordinating with internal ops to ensure flawless event execution.

- Driving monthly revenue targets with ownership and clarity.

- Maintaining accurate sales funnels, reports & profitability metrics.

Who You Are.

We're looking for someone who is:.

- Experienced: 4-8 years in MICE / Corporate Trave or Non-Travel Sales.

- A natural relationship builder.

- A strong negotiator & convincing storyteller.

- Detail-oriented with the hustle to manage multiple events.

- Comfortable with travel, client visits & on-ground event support.

- Someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

If you've closed corporate groups, led incentive trips, or executed conferences - you are already ahead.
