Job Description: Marketing Manager Experience: 1-7 Years Education : MBA from a Tier 1 college. We are now seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to new heights. Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Thrillophilia, you will be responsible for running performance marketing campaigns, leading key projects such as retention and referral marketing, content marketing, and managing app performance and conversion goals for major categories. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execute plans effectively and drive substantial growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. 2. Retention and Referral Marketing: Lead and manage retention and referral marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and attract new customers through word-of-mouth. 3. Content Marketing: Oversee content marketing efforts, creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage our target audience. 4. App Performance: Manage app performance metrics, driving initiatives to improve user experience, increase app downloads, and achieve conversion goals. 5. Data Analytics: Utilise data analytics to track and measure marketing performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise marketing strategies and ROI. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals. 7. Offer Creation: Design and implement compelling offers and promotions to enhance the value proposition and drive customer engagement and sales. 8. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly. 9. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. 10. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that marketing efforts meet the needs and preferences of our target audience. 11. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: 1. MBA from a Tier 1 college. 2. 1-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, project management, and content marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. 6. Strong organisational and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience leading marketing initiatives for a brand or category with significant revenue. 2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software. 3. Proven ability to drive results and achieve marketing goals.
