
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, with a strong focus on HRMS platforms like Keka.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee lifecycle management through technology and process optimization.. Key
HRMS (Keka) Management:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle using Keka (onboarding to exit).. Ensure timely updates and data accuracy on the Keka platform
- Configure and manage workflows, leave policies, performance cycles, and payroll modules in Keka
- HR Operations: Maintain and manage employee records, documents, and reports.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure implementation and adherence
- Coordinate with finance and admin departments for smooth HR operations
- Employee Engagement & Experience : Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, etc
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining necessary HR documentation and reports
- Reporting & Analytics : Generate weekly/monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, payroll, etc.).
- Use data insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.. Required Skills and
- Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, with hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS.
- Solid understanding of HR functions including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and HR reporting.. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
