The Role

Were looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Specific Line of Business, based out of Jaipur.

This isnt your regular HR role its about building the bridge between business strategy and people success.

Youll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, while ensuring our teams feel heard, empowered, and inspired.

What Youll Own

- Partner with LOB leaders to understand business goals and align people strategy accordingly.

- Drive end-to-end HR responsibilities for the LOB from workforce planning, talent management, and performance enablement to engagement & culture building.

- Act as the go-to person for employees fostering trust, solving problems, and ensuring policies translate into people-first actions.

- Collaborate with the central HR team on org-wide initiatives (L&D, engagement drives, rewards & recognition, compliance, etc.

- Champion Thrillophilias culture of speed, ownership, and growth mindset, while balancing empathy with business results.

- Analyze HR metrics and pulse data to drive continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.

What Were Looking For

- 3-7 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure as an HRBP/generalist for a fast-paced business unit.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a natural relationship builder.

- A problem-solver with the ability to manage both strategy and execution hands-on.

- Comfort working in dynamic, high-growth, and entrepreneurial setups.
