We work closely with most Electric vehicle manufacturers and the government of India as our partners. - Currently we are looking out for a Legal Executive/consultant for our Bangalore office. Someone who is passionate about building and managing efficient teams and cultures. - An individual with 0-03 years of relevant work experience of Legal Department with deep skill sets across all areas of organizational dynamics and strategic management domains. - We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, tinkering and always learning. Someone, who despite their extensive experience truly believes that they still have a lot to learn, and that each environment is unique and requires analyzing through a different lens. - You should be passionate about identifying biases cognitive and behavioral and ensuring that the processes and structures we build are truly free of them. - You should enjoy reading about case studies of evolving best practices in disruptive companies across the world and have a point of view on whether we can borrow from those learnings. - You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills both written and verbal as well as an ability to analyses conversations to read between the lines. - A passion for understanding people, their motivations, their concerns, their aspirations etc. will be critical. - Finally, you would need to be excited about what were building here at TWU, believe in our vision and adopt our values. Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide assistance and guidance on all legal matters and issues that may arise from time to time. - Follow up on all bank approvals, project/transaction loan approvals etc. - Provide a weekly update on the ongoing activities and updates pertaining to the legal department. - Assist the head of the legal department in performing the day-to-day activities expected form the legal team. - Conduct research on a number of matters and prepare a report to aid the Company in taking decisions. - Independently draft and vet all kinds of agreements. Negotiate the agreements with the counter parties to ensure their closure keeping the best interest of the Company in regard. - To ensure the legal head in labor law compliances, compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, Compliances applicable for an NBFC, etc. - Maintain proper documentation in the corporate office with regards to all legal cases, property/title documents - Maintain complete secrecy and privacy related to all matters of the company. - Identifying and managing legal risk. - Monitoring all legal matters to ensure timely action. - Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities as and when required. - Management of lease agreements and labor license. - Addressing all the queries and concerns raised by the statutory auditors or other external stakeholders of the Company.
