Role & Responsibilities:


- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for new business generation and expand existing client relationships. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and tailor go-to-market strategies.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Manage proposals, partner collaborations, contract negotiations, and execution.

- Sales & Account Management: Drive lead generation and business acquisition, ensuring sales targets are met. Manage the sales pipeline, draft contracts, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) for profitability.

- Project Oversight: Ensure timely and successful execution of client projects alongside of the Deliver teams. Update clients on payments milestones, and ensure timely invoicing by the Finance team and contract renewals.

- Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and client needs. Track account performance, forecast key metrics, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.

- Client Retention & Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, address client concerns, and propose solutions to meet evolving needs.

- Lead Generation through Marketing channels: Support with lead generation initiatives by leveraging multiple marketing channels, including cold outreach, targeted advertising, and creative campaigns to uncover new opportunities in both existing and new accounts.

- Collaboration with Marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and optimize lead generation strategies, using data-driven insights to identify untapped prospects. Focus on account-based lead development, creating tailored campaigns to drive new business, while continuously exploring innovative methods such as social media, content marketing, and partnerships to expand the sales pipeline. Ensure alignment of messaging and outreach strategies to maximize lead generation impact and drive growth.

Requirements:


- Client Management: Lead client relationships and ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction.

- New Business Development: Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline from scratch while driving growth with existing clients.

- Negotiation & Closing: Draft and negotiate profitable contracts and SOWs with senior executives and decision-makers.

- Sales Process Ownership: Maintain detailed oversight of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

- Proactive Mindset: Demonstrate ambition and resourcefulness to meet sales targets and client expectations.

- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and navigate complex situations.

Required Qualifications:


Education: Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field ( Engineering background is a plus).

Experience: Minimum 4 years in business development within consulting or advisory services, with proven success in generating leads and managing client accounts.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining focus on customer needs.
