Thoth Infrastructure - General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Finance

- We are looking for GM / DGM Finance who can join the company or its subsidiary.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts:

- Responsible for preparation, tracking of budgets for each division in company

- Providing a detailed custom MIS for various activities

- For construction projects, detailed tracking of expenses and budget

- Provide input on cost-cutting activities and streamlining processes

- Maintain accounts, prepare Financial Statements, work with statutory auditor for audited financials and annual report

- File GST, TDS, and other compliances

Finance:

- Operate bank accounts and credit lines based on instructions of senior management

- Prepare and provide reports to banks providing loans and credit

- Implement effective treasury, cash flow, and fund management systems to ensure liquidity for ongoing and future projects.

- Drive digital transformation and adoption of modern financial management systems (ERP, BI tools).

- Work on getting cheaper lines of finance

Secretarial:

- Develop and enforce internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance standards.

- Provide all services including preparation, submission related to company secretarial function for board meetings and shareholder meetings and Companies Act responsibilities

- Introduce new tools to streamline processes

- Prepare presentations to senior management, Board, and Shareholders.

Experience : 15 years of relevant experience

Communication & Writing Skills: Excellent

Education: CA & CS, B. Com (Hons)

Location : Ahmedabad

Timeline : Immediate
