Are you an experienced performance marketer with a track record of delivering growth across digital channels? Are you a creative, innovative, dynamic and a free thinker? If so, we are looking for you to join our exciting team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, with a focus on growth and acquisition across a multi-channel approach.

- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, including cost per acquisition, ROI.

- Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance.

- Create growth strategies for traffic and enquiries.

- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment across PPC and paid marketing campaigns.

- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.

- Reviewing and analyzing a portfolio of sites for areas that can be improved and optimized in terms of user journey and landing page experience.

- Identifying powerful and high intent keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.

- Work closely with the regional sales & reservation team to improve the quality of enquiries from ecommerce.

Qualifications:

- Min. 5 years of International Experience into PPC / Digital Marketing Campaigns.

- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search & Display Ads.

- A can do attitude.

- Demonstrable record of managing large PPC budgets.

- Great attention to detail.

- Experience working on a digital marketplace with high traffic.

- Experience in creating a high value global audience.

- Excellent communication skills to speak to international audiences.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and inspire.
