Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to Head Plant Business Finance for our manufacturing operations. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive financial efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making across our Mumbai and Bangalore manufacturing facility..

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain.

- Partner with plant and operations teams to improve margins and operational efficiency.

- Monitor key financial metrics: COGS, inventory, wastage, and production costs.

- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance at plant level.

- Lead capex planning, ROI analysis, and investment decisions for plant expansion.

- Build dashboards and bring data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.

- Manage audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policies.

Key Requirements:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 8-10 years of experience.

- Strong experience in plant/manufacturing finance (FMCG, consumer, or retail preferred).

- Proven track record in cost optimization and business partnering.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
