- To assist in developing, executing and monitoring sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue, achieve occupancy and average-rate (ADR) targets for the hotel. To manage operational coordination between sales/marketing and other departments (front office, banquets, catering, F&B) ensuring seamless delivery of contracted business and exceptional guest experiences.
- Support preparation and implementation of annual and monthly sales & marketing plans aligned with hotel business objectives (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR). Excellent grip of Central /Delhi NCR Market
- Identify and develop new business segments, key accounts, corporate alliances, travel trade and MICE / events segments to increase market share.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and ensure regular follow-up, contract negotiation and closure of business.
- Work closely with the banquets/events operations, catering, F&B management and front office to ensure smooth execution of events, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure all group/event business is handed over properly to operations: preparation of event sheets, coordination of logistics, revenue optimization, client servicing and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies and provide inputs to revenue management to optimize rates and inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, digital & social media initiatives, collateral development and the hotel's public relations efforts to drive visibility and brand equity.
- Ensure sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline reports and regular performance review with senior management.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations and hotel familiarizations. Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, networking forums.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, quality of service delivery and maintain strong guest focus.
