Job Summary:

- Drive sales growth and achieve AOP targets in the assigned territory.

- Plan and supervise daily field and depot operations.

- Ensure smooth distribution and coordination with field teams, depots, and vendors.

- Track daily sales, collections, and performance metrics.

- Build strong market relationships and gather timely market insights.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team for timely execution.

- Manage distributor and vendor relationships effectively.

- Analyze sales data and forecast future growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience needed for print media.

- Excellent pitching and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
