Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth across the Odisha region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving new business acquisition, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized Industry 4.0 and IIoT solutions that meet customer needs while achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Local candidates{candidates from respective cities} will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries

- Manage and grow key enterprise and strategic customer accounts

- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals

- Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team

- Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and solution teams to create tailored customer solutions

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics using CRM tools

- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and key account management

- Strong leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute regional growth plans

- Sound analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and demand forecasting

- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools

- Knowledge of IIoT solutions, Industry 4.0, automation, or digital transformation technologies is a strong advantage

MBA or Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
