Job Title: State Head (Sales) - Rajasthan.

Company: Spectra Solar Power.

Department: Sales & Business Development.

Sector: Solar EPC (Residential Business).

Location: Jaipur (with travel across Rajasthan).

Reports To: National Sales Head.

Role Objective:

- The State Head (Sales) will be the primary driver of Spectra Solar's residential market share in Rajasthan.

- You will be responsible for scaling operations across multiple cities, managing a robust network of District Heads, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solar EPC solutions under schemes like PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

- Your goal is to maximize sales volume while maintaining healthy profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Expansion & Market Growth:

- Identify Opportunities: Analyze Rajasthan's solar potential to identify high-growth residential clusters and untapped cities.

- Market Penetration: Develop and execute state-specific sales strategies to outpace local competitors.

- Expansion: Lead the setup of new sales offices and service hubs across major districts (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Bikaner, etc.

Sales & Profitability Management:

- Target Achievement: Take full ownership of the state's P&L, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual residential sales targets are met.

- Profitability: Monitor project margins and overheads to ensure every installation contributes to the bottom line.

- Pricing Strategy: Recommend competitive pricing models based on local market intelligence and government subsidy updates.

Team Leadership & Network Management:

- Team Management: Direct management of District Heads and Area Sales Managers; conduct regular performance reviews and training.

- Channel Partner Ecosystem: Identify and onboard local dealers, influencers, and channel partners to broaden the sales funnel.

- Cohesion: Work closely with the Design and Execution teams to ensure seamless handovers from "Sales" to "Project Implementation.

Stakeholder & Government Liaison:

- Policy Expertise: Stay updated on Rajasthan State Solar Policies and DISCOM (JVVNL, AVVNL, JdVVNL) regulations for net-metering.

- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local equipment vendors and financial institutions providing solar loans.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: B. / B. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing or Finance is a strong plus.

- Experience: 10-15 years in Sales, with at least 5 years in the Solar EPC or Renewable Energy sector.

- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Rajasthan geography, local consumer behavior, and DISCOM processes.

- Skills: Proven track record in managing large, distributed sales teams.
