About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, exit, HRMS, performance management, employee grievance handling, conflict resolution, retention and employee engagement.

- Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, compliance, and employee records.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Strong experience in HR Generalist functions, Administration, and HR Operations.

- Manage recruitment through various hiring channels, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment partners.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
