Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for commercial. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of over 15 years in managing cross-functional operations within a manufacturing setup. This role requires a leader with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial management integrated with core business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Financial Leadership:

- Drive strategic planning, financial forecasting, and long-term business goals.

- Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management across all functions.

- Guide budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis to support data-driven decisions.

2. Operational Excellence:

Oversee end-to-end operations including:

- Accounts & Finance : Ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and cash flow optimization.

- Costing & Budgeting : Implement cost-control measures and budget adherence.

- Commercial & SCM : Strengthen procurement, logistics, vendor development, and inventory management.

- Sales & Marketing : Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demand.

3. Leadership & Team Development:

- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

- Mentor senior leaders and promote knowledge sharing across departments.

4. Business Transformation & Growth:

- Identify and implement process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead projects aimed at productivity enhancement, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.

- Monitor key business KPIs and operational metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
