About The Role:
The Hindu Group is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Digital Brand Solutions Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and accelerate growth in the evolving digital landscape.
This role will combine strategic planning, data-driven insights, content ideation, and innovative marketing solutions to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to design, develop, and execute customised digital brand solutions from concept to delivery while driving measurable results and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Campaign Strategy:
- Collaborate with clients to design customised digital marketing campaigns aligned with their brand objectives and target audience.
- Interpret briefs from Media Marketing and clients to understand brand positioning, marketing challenges, objectives, and available resources (budget, timelines, assets).
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand buyer behaviour, industry trends, and success benchmarks.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and optimise performance.
Brand Solutions Development:
- Lead ideation sessions across multiple platforms (print, digital, mobile, radio, events, schools initiatives) in collaboration with editorial and commercial teams.
- Create integrated marketing solution proposals including rollout plans, budgets, logistics, and timelines.
- Ensure solutions are customised, innovative, and aligned with client needs.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns across all relevant channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
Property Creation & Revenue Generation:
- Conceptualise and execute annual and large-scale digital and event properties for key clients.
- Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams through innovative formats, customised pitches, and strategic partnerships.
Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership:
- Standardise pitches, presentations, and proposal formats for the sales team.
- Develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and case studies to highlight success stories.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to sales teams.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and brand strategists.
- Manage day-to-day operations, set performance goals, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or brand solutions, preferably in a media house or agency.
- Proven track record of conceptualising and executing innovative brand solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital media trends, advertising platforms, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and deliver results.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
