Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist & Automation Specialist to develop AI-driven, data-centric, and automation solutions that improve business processes and decision-making across global consulting projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Python, and cloud technologies, with experience building scalable analytics and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation solutions, reusable utilities, and scalable data processing workflows.

- Build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning, NLP, OCR, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions for business and environmental use cases.

- Develop AI-powered assistants, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, intelligent document processing solutions, and knowledge management systems.

- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data from databases, APIs, documents, and cloud platforms.

- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, feature engineering, validation, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality datasets.

- Develop scalable analytics frameworks and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

- Implement cloud-based AI and analytics solutions using Azure, AWS, Microsoft Fabric, or similar cloud platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, testing artifacts, user guides, and deployment documentation.

- Follow Agile development practices using Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Automation, Analytics, or Data Engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and data manipulation techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, OCR, and Computer Vision.

- Experience building RAG applications, Agentic AI solutions, LLM-based applications, or AI assistants.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, APIs, data integration, and data engineering concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Microsoft Fabric.

- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
