
- We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients.
- This role is focused on driving account retention, expansion, and long-term value by understanding client needs and aligning them with the company's solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client relationship management, account growth strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Success:
- Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Revenue Growth & Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
- Drive revenue growth by aligning solutions with client business objectives.
Client Engagement & Retention:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address client concerns, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with multiple stakeholders including CXOs, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Maintain regular communication and business reviews with clients.
Account Planning & Strategy:
- Develop account plans, map key stakeholders, and define growth strategies for each account.
- Monitor account health and identify risks and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track key account metrics including revenue, retention, churn, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- 4-10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Sales
- Strong experience in managing enterprise or mid-market clients
- Proven track record of revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Experience working in SaaS, IT Services, or consulting environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve account performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with high ownership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling global clients or large enterprise accounts
- Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approach
