Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RPA Sales Lead with 3-5 years of experience in selling Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, preferably in a product-based environment.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships for our RPA product suite.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for RPA solutions across industries.

- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Process Owners to pitch RPA offerings and drive solution discussions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.


- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs in the RPA landscape.

- Deliver product demos and presentations, tailored to client use cases and industry verticals.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts; cross-sell and upsell RPA solutions.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM tools.

- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably RPA or automation solutions.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B tech environment.

- Strong understanding of RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle solution-oriented sales conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.

- Experience in IT product sales and familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience in selling SaaS or AI/ML-enabled automation solutions.

- Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.

- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
