About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a well-established, professionally managed engineering organization with a strong pan-India presence. The company operates in the industrial engineered systems space and caters to institutional, government, research, and manufacturing clients.

This role is part of a growing business vertical focused on high-value, solution-based capital equipment sales.

Role Objective

To drive revenue growth across the assigned territory by developing institutional and industrial accounts, managing the full sales lifecycle, and delivering techno-commercial solutions aligned to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute territory sales strategy

- Identify new business opportunities across institutional and industrial segments

- Engage with decision-makers (Technical Heads, Purchase, Projects, Management)

- Understand application requirements and propose engineered solutions

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and manage negotiations

- Handle tender-based and direct project sales

- Coordinate internally with technical and execution teams

- Maintain healthy pipeline and ensure achievement of sales targets

- Build long-term strategic relationships within the south territory

Education

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Allied Engineering

Experience

- 7-12 years in capital equipment / industrial equipment sales

- Experience handling mid-to-large value project sales

- Exposure to institutional / PSU / project-based selling preferred

- Strong techno-commercial orientation

- Experience managing long sales cycles
