What Youll Do

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

- Take complete ownership of managing and growing a major client account.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and translate them into effective creative, mainline, and digital campaigns.

- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, copy, digital, media, production) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Develop strategic plans to achieve client objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present updates to both clients and management.

- Identify new opportunities within the account to grow business and strengthen partnerships.

- Handle budgets, timelines, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 5 to 6 years of experience in an advertising agency, with strong exposure to both mainline and digital campaigns.

- Is fluent in English and has the ability to comfortably engage with clients in Marathi, which will be an added advantage for Pune-based accounts.

- Has prior experience in handling large or key client accounts independently.

- Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Is proactive, strategic, and solution-oriented.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Believes in collaboration and aligns with Tempests values.
