What Youll Do

As a Client Servicing Director, you will:

- Lead and oversee the client servicing function for the Bangalore branch.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Drive strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients.

- Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.

- Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.

- Represent Tempest at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

- Has 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).

- Demonstrates strong relationship-building and leadership skills.

- Has experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
