What Youll Do:
As a Growth & Alliance Associate, you will:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
- Manage the complete business development processfrom lead generation to closure.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention.
What We Want:

- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
