- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Assisting in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VAS products.

- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Working with stakeholders (customers, sales/presales, engineering, etc. ) to collect, analyze, and document detailed product requirements.

- This often involves creating user stories, use cases, and other documentation to clearly communicate the desired functionality and user experience.

- Product Development Support: Supporting the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond.

- This includes working with engineering teams to ensure that products are developed according to specifications, managing the product backlog, and participating in sprint planning and review sessions.

- Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new VAS products.

- This may involve creating marketing materials, organizing product demos, and training sales teams on new products.

- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for VAS products and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

- This includes monitoring user engagement, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as analyzing competitor products and strategies.

- Customer Interaction and Feedback: Engaging with customers to gather feedback on existing products and identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.

SKILLS REQUIRED :
