Legal Advisor Job Title : Legal officer Location : Hyderabad Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST Experience : 7- 10 years Employment Type : Full time Education : Qualified Company Secretary Desired experience : - Exposure in working with global teams and cross functional teams in handling legal and compliance matters, including review of various business and legal documents, agreements, etc., - Hands on experience in handling matters relating to Secretarial, investor relationships as well as Board and Shareholder meetings - Tracking and managing compliances on various statutory, legal, secretary and other regulatory matters for various group companies - Exposure in reviewing loan documents, shareholder agreements, acquisition documents - Exposure in handling legal due diligence activities in M&A and - Exposure in incorporation new companies and putting a legal structure - Exposure in implementation of Risk Management for the Group and individual companies - Hands on experience in drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Corporate Policy documents Desired Skills : - Qualified Company Secretary with Law degree as additional qualification; either qualified or semi-qualified CA or CMA is added advantage - Experience in field of Compliance, Risk Management - Working knowledge on Data Privacy - Expertise in the Anti-Corruption Act & Local Laws - Strong communication skills both verbal and written with multiple levels of leadership - Independent thinker, ability to make sound decisions and judgments - Strong analytical skills Who We Are : For more than two decades, TechWish has been a trusted partner for many global brands.
